You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the item and its security tag remain intact.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at returns@abituworld.com, indicating:

• The reason for the return or exchange
• Photos of the item if it is damaged or defective

Once your request has been approved, please send the item to our warehouse in Moscow. A full refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the item to ensure that its condition, tag, and seal are preserved. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed to the same card used for the original payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank and payment method.
