Public Offer Agreement for the sale of goods by distance contract
(current edition as of October 19, 2025)

This document constitutes a public offer (the “Offer”) of the online store https://a bituworld.com to sell goods by distance contract.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Public Offer (hereinafter – the “Offer”) is the official proposal of Individual Entrepreneur Dvoeglazova A.S. (hereinafter – the “Seller”) addressed to any individual (hereinafter – the “Buyer”) to conclude a retail sale and purchase agreement under the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1.2. By placing an order on the website https://abituworld.com (hereinafter – the “Website”), the Buyer fully and unconditionally accepts all terms of this Offer, as well as the Privacy Policy and User Agreement published on the Website.

1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend this Offer without prior notice to the Buyers.

1.4. The validity term of this Offer is not limited unless otherwise stated on the Website.

1.5. The Website provides the Buyer with complete and accurate information about the goods, including their main characteristics, place of manufacture, warranty period, and shelf life, if applicable.

1.6. This Offer is intended exclusively for individuals purchasing goods for personal, household, or other non-commercial use.

2. Subject of the Offer

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods intended for personal use to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the goods under the terms of this Offer.

2.2. The sale and purchase agreement is concluded remotely by the Buyer placing an order through the Website, without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties.

2.3. The name, price, quantity, and other essential characteristics of the goods are determined based on the information provided by the Buyer when placing an order.

2.4. Ownership of the goods passes to the Buyer upon full payment and physical transfer of the goods. The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Buyer at the moment of transfer.

3. Prices and Payment Procedure

3.1. The prices of goods are determined unilaterally by the Seller and are displayed on the Website pages.

3.2. All prices are quoted in Russian rubles and include VAT unless otherwise specified.

3.3. The final price of a product may be adjusted by applying the following discounts in order:

promotional discount;
promo code discount;
loyalty (regular customer) discount.

3.4. Delivery costs are indicated separately and are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated on the Website.

3.5. Payment for goods shall be made using the methods provided on the checkout page: https://abituworld.com/cart_items.

4. Moment of Contract Conclusion

4.1. The Buyer’s completion of an order on the Website constitutes full acceptance (the “Acceptance”) of this Offer.

4.2. By accepting the Offer, the Buyer gives consent to the processing of their personal data, including its transfer to third parties (banks, payment systems, delivery services, and other partners) solely for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement.

4.3. Personal data is transmitted electronically through secure communication channels. This consent remains valid until revoked by the Buyer by sending a written notice to the Seller.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Returns of goods shall be made in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on consumer protection.

5.2. The Buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the goods retain their original condition, packaging, and consumer properties, and are not included in the List of Non-Returnable Goods approved by Government Decree No. 55 dated January 19, 1998.

5.3. Refunds shall be made within 10 calendar days from the date the Seller receives the returned goods, to the Buyer’s bank card or by another method agreed upon by the parties.

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery of goods is carried out in the manner and within the timeframes indicated on the Website or agreed upon when confirming the order.

6.2. Upon courier delivery, the Buyer confirms receipt of the goods by signing the delivery document.

6.3. The Buyer retains the right to submit claims regarding the quality or completeness of the goods within the warranty period or a reasonable period established by law.

7. Validity of the Offer

7.1. This Offer comes into force from the moment of its acceptance by the Buyer and remains valid until withdrawn by the Seller.

8. Additional Provisions

8.1. The Seller has the right to assign or otherwise transfer its rights and obligations arising from this Offer to third parties.

8.2. The Website and its services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or other technical reasons.

8.3. The relationship between the Buyer and the Seller shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

8.4. In case of any questions or claims, the Buyer shall contact the Seller through the feedback forms available on the Website.

8.5. Claims are reviewed by the Seller within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the court at the Seller’s place of registration.

8.6. The invalidity of any provision of this Offer, as determined by a court, shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
